I received this from sweet Clarissa. Thank you, Clarissa.
It's a 31 question tag about my pregnancy of almost eleven years ago. I'd try to answer them as far as my memory would serve me. I won't promise that I'll give a lot of details because my memory has really been giving me challenges lately.
My pregnancy fun facts:
1. Was your first pregnancy planned? No.
2. Were you married at that time? Yes.
3. What were your reactions? Scared, to start with. Got used to the idea along the way. Happy when I finally gave birth. But still a little bit scared. So, scared would be foremost.
4. Was abortion an option for you? Never.
5. How old were you? 21.
6. How did you find out you were pregnant? Thru a pregnancy kit test. It was later confirmed by the doctor.
7. Who did you tell first? My husband.
8. Did you want to find out the gender of the baby? When I was pregnant, no. I wanted it to be a surprise when I finally give birth.
9. Due date? No particular day. Somewhere on the first or second week of June or as early as May.
10. Did you have morning sickness? I don't remember having any. I was busy being scared, I guess.
11. What did you crave? Nothing in particular.
12. Who/What irritated you the most? Nothing and nobody.
13. What is your first child's gender? I only have one child. He's a boy.
14. Did you wish your child has the opposite gender? I didn't. I was and am thankful for any child given to me by God.
15. How many pounds did you gain throughout your pregnancy? Sorry, I really can't recall. It's been such long time ago.
16. Did you have baby shower? No. No one gave me one, come to think of it. The nerve! Hmpf. I'm just kidding. It was really alright. I didn't even know that time that I was supposed to have one.
17. Was it a surprise or did you know? Again, I didn't have one.
18. Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? None.
19. Where did you give birth? At the place where I was born.
20. How many hours were you in labor? Probably around 8 hours.
21. Who drove you to the hospital? My husband.
22. Who watched you give birth? My obstetrics-gynecologist, my anesthesiologist, a couple of nurses and some other personnel in the operating room.
23. Was it natural or C-Section? C-Section, unfortunately.
24. Did you take medicine to ease the pain? During giving birth? No.
27. What was the weight of your child? Six pounds or something.
28. When was your child born? Second week of June.
30. What name did you give your child? Uh, it's really long. You'll get tired of reading it.
31. How old is your first born today? He'll be eleven soon.
By the way, the image above isn't me. All our previous pictures are stored somewhere in generic boxes in a storage area because we've been constantly moving.

Wow, Dee, you have a 10 year old boy. You'll still be pretty young by the time he's in college. That's pretty good.

ang smooth naman ang pagbubuntis mo,Dee!!kaka-inggit!parang magbarkada lang pala kayo ng anak mo paglaki nya,Dee.
thanks po for posting!^_^
Have a nice day!
I have this painful yet exciting experience 6 yrs. ago. Like you, I gave birth thru C-section. But after seeing my baby, all the pains were gone.
Hmmm...Interesting, is all I can say.
Speaking of pregnant women - what do you think of Dooce posting pictures of her pregnancy? Imagine an unborn baby getting a lot of hits and maybe followers too. What a head start. :)
In sharp contrast, you can't even bring yourself to say where you gave birth to your son, much less his name. But that's okay. That's being a saner version of a Super Mom, too.
Hi Dee, thanks for the comments. I just want you to know, just in case you have questions regarding pregnancy, we have a doctor in the house who also just gave birth to a healthy baby. She is a good friend and you might want to keep in touch with her. She can well give professional health advise also. Follow her from this link http://annasantosbonje.blogspot.com/ God bless you, Mom.
@Karmi: Yes, I guess so. The brighter aspect of marrying early, so to speak. Thanks, Karmi.:D
@Reena: Haha, I think sabik na ang parents mo for grandchildren. Siguro ganyan talaga ang mga parents kasi ganyan din iyong iba na kakilala ko.:D
@Secret Mom Thoughts: Yes, it does bring memories. Thanks for dropping by. :D
@Clarissa: Yes, parang smooth nga siya. But dun ako nahirapan after birth because of post natal depression. I really felt that.:D
Thanks din for passing me this tag. Have a great day!:D
@Butterfly: Yes, that's true. There's nothing like seeing our bundle of joy to ease the pain. Thanks for dropping by.:D
