Now that these two have fully realized their love for one another, their union is tested by a new set of challenges, specifically Peyton’s fear of commitment coupled with the pressures of developing a relationship with the daughter she gave up eighteen years earlier."

The Review

This sequel finds Peyton disturbed by a note she received from one of her column readers, challenging her about a column she wrote on how "passion should be tempered with caution". Curiosity and other reasons compel her to seek out the reader and defend herself. This begins a voyage of flashbacks to see the reader's own side of the story as well as a look into the characters' romantic and parenting issues.

Though not as brilliant as it's predecessor, The Note II offers an inspiring tale about love and hope that may well resonate with some of us.
