Have I ever told you how I absolutely love to cook. Once, and not long ago, I even dreamed of becoming a chef. That didn't happen, though. I took a different path, as you might know. But anyway, my love for cooking stayed with me. I still cook every now and then - fast cooking during busy week days, and more elaborate ones during weekends or when I've got plenty of time to spare for preparation - preparation being translated as peeling, grinding, marinating and the like.
One of my main problems, though, when it comes to cooking is the lack of ingredients. There am I planning this succulent dish, getting excited about it, and the next thing I know is that I couldn't find some of the ingredients in the various stores I have visited. That is really frustrating, you know. Some dish just wouldn't be the same if the ingredients are not complete.
That is why, it is really quite a big relief to come across this website that contains a huge selection of ethnic food products. It's always a problem for me to find the right ingredients for some Asian food I'd like to prepare. Chile is just so far and the stores do not carry a wide variety of ingredients from other countries. I guess this Online Market is really useful for those in the US.
