We ordered take-out the other day. I didn't have the stamina to whip up a decent meal so we went the easy route. Anyway, the thing is, we had to look out for the delivery guy to stop him when he comes down our street to let him know we were the ones who ordered the food, because we just realized then that between the constant rains and heavy winds, our house number fell off. And without the number, he would have a hard time locating our house amidst the heavy downpour. It would have been all right had it not been for the rain, which was cold and, well... wet.
I'm not going through that again. It made me realize how important house numbers are. Which led me to find house numbers in the web. Good enough, I found nice ones with mailboxandbeyond.com. Since I love decorating my house, you'll be right when you say that I had a nice time browsing this site. I realized how badly we need a new mailbox. Our current one is getting rusty and looks like it has seen better days. If the fact that the mail we get sometimes get wet isn't any indication enough, then I don't know what is. It would be nice too to have address plaques. For sure with address plaques, the delivery guy wouldn't have a hard time locating our address the next time around.

This is the reason why we can't have food delivery, the delivery guy always get lost because he can't located our address.
