Getting Fit

I need to get fit. I'm not super fat or anything like that, but I need to lose a couple of weight. I'm going to try Kettlebell. It's a Fitness DVD that provides routine workout exercises which I can conveniently use at home. Yes, at home - no need to travel to the gym and spend on gas. Not only is it a complete home fitness program, it provides a healthy eating guide too, among others, which would really be helpful for me. And it promises body transformation in just six weeks - very promising indeed!

This is a neat tool, err, workout buddy. I thought that the kettlebell name was a bit weird, then when I looked at the site, I understood why it was called like that.

I used to advise my patients to have some work out done along with proper dietary habits of course, maybe using this would motivate them more.

wow... it says fitness in 20 minutes 3x a week... that would do me.. I needed to lose extra kilos too
