Foods That Contribute to Weight Loss

After the holidays, I'm usually busy with trying to lose some weight. I'm making effort to go on a diet, do some exercise and find out other ideas that would help me lose weight. I ran across this article about the 5 foods that will help one lose weight. It lists salmon, apples, peanuts, eggs and fava beans as helpful when you're trying to lose weight.
