How I Started My Day

I woke up later than usual today. It was because it was so cold and dark outside that when I first came awake, I thought that it was still so early. Little did I know that it was already seven in the morning and way past my wake up time. I went back to sleep and managed to sleep for another thirty minutes or so before I woke up again and realized how late it was already. We needed to go to this construction site that my husband wanted to see and we have to arrive at the place early. We needed to leave the house early because before proceeding to the construction site, we still have to pick up safety products like hard hats, safety vests and the like. The second time I woke up, I immediately woke my husband and son up. We did everything in a hurry just to arrive at our appointment on time. We did manage to arrive just in time despite waking up late and navigating through a heavy traffic. Whew, it was a stressful time and we were in a rush. Good thing it is over now. So, that's basically how I started my day, in a rush and in a hurry. But it went well, and as they say, all's well that ends well. Have a great day, everyone!
