Let's Be Healthy

It's so important to be healthy these days. Being healthy means more energy, more happiness, less visits to the doctor, and good well-being, among others. To be healthy, we need to eat healthy, exercise regularly, sleep early and have the right amount of sleep, and maintain proper disposition. Eating healthy means eating less fatty and processed foods. Others take vitamins to supplement their daily nutrition. Some take colon cleansing pills. Regular exercise is important. We need to be active and avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Going to bed early and getting the right amount of sleep is also important. Not only is it healthy, but it keeps our mind and body sharp the next day. Positive thinking and optimism also helps a lot. They help us avoid stress and anxiety. So let's be healthy. Being so will help us a lot.

On My Way to Losing Weight

In my desire to lose weight, I'm thinking of taking diet supplements. I heard that diet supplements help in losing weight. I even have a friend who takes diet supplements in order to lose weight. Oh, I just wish I'll be able to lose weight soon. I wish I'll be able to shed off this excess pounds. It would be nice again to wear anything I want to, and not worry that my fats would show. Losing weight would not only make me look good, but it will be good for my health as well. I hope I'll be able to lose weight soon.

Mellow Yellow Monday: Potato Salad

We had potato salad when we ate out a couple of months ago. I love potato salad and this restaurant's potato salad is a favorite of mine. But this particular salad served to us at that time was not good. It didn't taste the way our previous orders of potato salad did. It wasn't tasteful enough. Maybe it lacked a couple of ingredients. Anyway, I hope that the next time we would order this potato salad, it would taste the way it used to.

Welcome, Spring!


I'm so glad that spring is here! Yay! Although there are times when it's still a little bit cold, you can see that spring is back. I can start seeing the flowers budding, ready to come out. I can now smell the sweet smell of the flowers, grasses and trees. Birds are starting to come out too. Most of all, the sun is back, shining! Wow! I just love spring. It signifies new life and it's so promising! Bye-bye to cold weather! Time to go out and enjoy the outdoors. It's surely fun!

Wishing for a Clear Skin

I'm one of those girls who wishes that she has a clear and unblemished skin. Yeah, even now when I'm past beyond my teenage years, I still have to deal with acne once in a while. I get back and chest acne every now and then. Mostly, they come out just before my period starts. Sometimes, they come out just because. It's annoying, certainly. But I tend to look at the brighter side of things, so whenever I see these acne, I'm just thankful that they are in the back and chest which enables me to hide them with what I'm wearing. Still, I'd like to treat this just the same. Even if they are not visible to people's eye, it still would better to treat them. I still get acne on my face once in a while, though, but not as frequent as when I get acne on my back and chest. Well, I think I have to start getting used to acne. It's a part of life, I guess.

I Need to Diet

Oh no! I just got off from my weighing scale and let's just say that the result would make me say "Uh-oh". I'm gaining weight. It's probably that constant eating that is causing this weight gain. Not good. I badly need to lose weight a lot. I need to find diets for quick weight loss. I have to lose weight or else my clothes wouldn't start fitting anymore. I don't want to become big, you know. I still want to be able to fit into my pretty and cute clothes, and look good. So I need to look into that diet soon. And start on it right away. The earlier, the better.

A Relaxing Evening

I had a tiring day yesterday. Work was busy as one would expect on a Tuesday. I was so relieved when I got home. I was so tired that I wanted to relax at once. I had an early dinner and went to take a long, relaxing shower. I felt really better afterward. Then I went online to play some games. Also, when I'm online, nothing relaxes me more than going online shopping. I don't know what it is with shopping, but it is really very relaxing. I browsed for some clothes, bags, and of course, shoes. I salivated over beautiful Christian Louboutin shoes I found online. I really want that ruched boots they have - it's so fabulous! I know it would look great on just about any outfit I'd wear. It would look great on dresses, skirts, and of course, jeans. I so love it! I'm making it my goal to buy it one of these days. So I've got to work hard and save. I hope that it's still available when I've got the money to buy it. I really hope. Anyway, that was how I spent my evening last night. It was fun.

GMAT Classes Online

Do you know that there's already a gmat prep online? People who need to prepare for GMAT can attend GMAT classes from the comfort of their own homes or anywhere else they want to. Cool, isn't it. Not to mention that it's really comfortable, convenient, and cost-saving as well. One can even try it free. Oh, I better tell my friend about this since she will be preparing for the GMAT soon. Lucky her, I guess. When another friend prepared for the GMAT a couple of years ago, she wasn't able to do it online but had to take regular classes at a specific location. With GMAT classes now being online, preparation for the GMAT will be easier for everyone.
