We're thinking of having our bedroom renovated. We wanted to have the walls repainted because we never really like its current color. You see, when our bedroom walls were painted, we never got to see beforehand the color it was going to be painted with. The contractor just never asked us to see it first before proceeding to paint it. So when we saw it, we found out it wasn't to our liking. So that's why we're seriously thinking of having our bedroom renovated.

We're also thinking of adding some more lightings. We thought of adding more lights to provide better illumination to the room. So we're currently looking for a site in the Internet that provides good lighting. We came across Hinkley Lighting, which offers a wide range of lighting products. We browsed their website and found a lot of great lightings. We even thought about adding some lights to our bathroom as we found some gorgeous Hinkley Bath Lighting. My friend's husband is big on body building these days. He was not like that before, but just suddenly, and out of the blue, if I may add, he just got this urge to go body building. Oh well, stuff like that do happens, I guess. At any rate, he has just joined a gym near their place and has been religiously attending workout sessions there everyday. My friend told me he's also looking for muscle supplements to help him develop muscles on his body. My friend is asking if I know of any muscle supplement that works, but I do not. Needing a New Scale

I just realized today, this morning to be exact, that our bathroom scale is deteriorating. It's not exactly broken as it is still working, but it's kind of frayed around the edges. The paint and decorations have been peeling and it's looking really shabby. I'm thinking of getting a new one. Something that looks better and nice, and I'm thinking that I'll include our current bathroom scale in the things set for a future yard sale. I need to begin looking for scales soon, probably after the next payday when we have some extra cash. I like something cute and fun. And much better if it comes in a green color since our bathroom is painted a lemon green. Okay, a bathroom scale is going to be included in my to-buy list.

Birthday Party and Birthday Gift

My friend's birthday is coming up soon. She's turning 33 and we're throwing a birthday party for her. It's actually a surprise birthday party that was planned by me and our other friends. We're holding it at the house of one of our friends, and we're all busy and excited about it. I'm in charge of the decorations, which I'm thankful for because it's something simple and not as complicated as being in charge for the food and drinks. Or the guest list. At any rate, we're keeping it a hush-hush situation so that the birthday celebrant won't have a clue about it, and would really be surprised come her birthday bash.

My concern is what to give my friend for her birthday. I'm thinking of a new cardigan, but then I remembered that she's been wanting to get a blackberry case for months, so that is just what I might be getting her. So I'm off to search for a nice blackberry case for my friend then.

A Career in the Medical Field

I know a lot of people who are taking up second courses relating to the medical field right now. A friend from college, for instance, is taking up nursing. Our neighbor, who lives a few houses down our street, is taking up some associate degree in the medical field. And I know many more who are doing the same thing.

I guess this has something to do with how it is reported that the medical field is a promising one. I've read and heard about it in the news and listened to many people talk about it. They say that the medical field have lots of great opportunities that are really promising.

Our Elderly Neighbor

We have this neighbor who is an old woman. She doesn't live next door to us, but her house is still in our street. We often see each other whenever me and my husband would go for a walk or a jog in our area. She's somewhere nearing 80, buy I've got to tell you that she's still really very agile and strong. We would sometimes meet her down the street carrying lots of grocery bags and she still could handle that really well. We would often chat and talk, not just because it's a neighborly thing to do, but really because she's really a nice lady to talk with. Just the other day, we saw her walking her cute little dog down the street so we chatted again. The topic of our conversation mostly centered on health stuff, like how it's important to eat the right food, how exercise is also important, how one needs to do colon cleanse, how one has to take things lightly, and the like. I learned a lot from her, you know. And I do try to remember many important points. She's wise and there's really a lot of things to learn from her.
